This energising class focuses on linking breath to movement. We will flow through creative and dynamic sequences that can help to improve flexibility and strength.
We will build heat in the body, and then take time for some longer stretches, concluding with breathing and meditation to calm the mind.
This class is suitable for those who are able to get up and down from the floor easily. You may wish to choose our Gentle Yoga or Yoga Foundations session if you are a complete beginner.

Bryony Morris is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and graduated with an 18 month Yoga diploma with Yogacampus UK in March 2019. Bryony is the Founder of Body Mind Collective and her classes are community focused and not-for-profit, she is trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Bryony delivers breath-led movement sessions, chair and adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra; she also delivers regular workshops and weekend retreats. There are sessions suitable for all levels, which aim to be inclusive and accessible.
