Dynamic yoga classes involve breathing, movement, postures and instruction to awaken the deep sensitivity of the body. When we become aware of the sensations within the body as we move, we become more intimate with ourselves; more aware of what feels right and what definitely doesn’t, both on and off the mat. Practise with people who are also at beginners level. Free mat for new students with first course only.

My teacher training is in Dynamic Yoga with Godfrey Devereux after a 6 month apprenticeship in 2003. Since then I have completed the Pregnancy Yoga module with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and began teaching pregnancy yoga in April 2012. I am also continually updating and refining my yoga knowledge within the dynamic yoga training method.
I also am a qualified reflexologist with a further diploma in Maternity reflexology, and have completed training in fertility reflexology.
