Rainbow Yoga Health and Wellness is a collective of Health and Wellness Service Providers practicing in Dominica; in the West Indies. Rainbow Yoga Health and Wellness offer a science based yoga and wellness programme. We provide Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes; Private Hatha Yoga Sessions; and Workshops on Yoga, Breath Techniques; Relaxation Techniques; Tropical foods, Plant Based Cooking, Local Herbs and other Health and Wellness Workshops. We host Weekend Retreats and Week Long Holidays focused on Cultural Traditions; Immersion into Nature; and Healthy Living with a Caribbean Flair. We also assist other with the design and facilitation of group retreats and holidays.
