Hi, I'm Rochelle. I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2008. Starting slow & steady, it quickly turned into something that provided grounding, strength & community. Boosted by the mental & emotional balance that yoga also provided, I sort out different teachers & styles, and then qualified as a teacher.
My offerings are focused around linking breath with movement and inward mindfulness, Hatha & Vinyasa flow. This enables a range of class types to release tension or stagnant energy, build healthy alignment and and foster inward awareness. Over time, mindful practise can improve flexibility & mobility, strength, mental focus & stress relief.
