Hatty and Karen have been teaching yoga in and around Hythe Kent for 10 years. We qualified with the Inner Yoga Trust and are now greatly inspired by Diane long who was taught for 23 years by Vanda Scarevelli her longest standing student. We travel to Italy to be taught by Diane as as much as possible. We like to encourage students to become more aware of their body and bring Yoga into their every day life.
