I'm a BWY qualified teacher with my own quiet, peaceful studio near Stockbridge, Hampshire. I've been teaching since 2008 and Studio Yoga has been operating since 2010. We have day, evening and weekend group classes for all abilities or you can book a private session for yourself or a small group of friends or family. There are Hatha, Iyengar and Yoga Flow classes as well as weekend workshops with guest teachers. We also offer Pilates, including specialist classes for seniors and for injury rehabilitation as well as Heart Rhythm Meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Relief. Yoga courses for children are run in the school holidays.
