Yoga classes practised in a chair for those who find it difficult to get down onto a mat. We practise postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. We work mainly seated in a chair but we do some standing work to practise balance and develop leg strength.

I have been practising yoga for almost 20 years and have been teaching yoga for the last 10 years. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and now offer classes which are held face-to-face and livestreamed online in the Bognor Regis area.
