Family classes are taught in much the same way as the kids classes which makes them much more active than traditional adult only classes and much more fun! Families come to the class for two main reasons: one is for the children, whether it's for health and fitness or just for play and fun, and the other is to strengthen the bonds within the family and spend quality time together.
Refreshments are provided at the end of each class.
