Monthly family yoga sessions suitable from age 3 upwards. A fun family yoga class that includes everyone in the sessions. It will include a warm up activity, breath work, a yoga story, fun game and a relaxation for all the family to join in with.
£6 per 1 adult and 1 child and then £2 per person after this.

I am a fully trained, qualified and insured Dru Yoga teacher teaching adults, children and Pregnancy yoga.
Dru yoga is based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisations.
Dru works on mind body and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being. It also increases strength and flexibility builds a heightened feeling of positivity and brings a state of deep relaxation.
Dru is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.
