This class consists of a mobility warm-up and a standing yoga section before moving to the floor to work on core strength and flexibility, finishing with a mindful relaxing session.

I have been in the fitness industry for about 25 years and over that time I have taught classes from aerobics, aqua and step, to Body Combat, circuit training and studio cycling. My main focus and passion these days are teaching fitness yoga and fitness Pilates, and I love the way I can be creative and bring other aspects of fitness and types of exercise into the classes. Having also trained and worked in exercise referral and obtained a L4 certificate in back pain, I am able to use this knowledge to advise and adapt the classes.
