I am Linda and I work in the caring profession, for over 30 years.
I have experienced the benefits of yoga over the years of practicing Hatha Yoga. I am passionate to share my knowledge and the benefits of Dru Yoga. Dru Yoga is gentle and flowing sequences and postures. These can be modified and with, or without, the use props so people can work within their own limitations. Included in the class are breathwork and relaxation which gives Dru an holistic approach to the mind, body and subtle (unseen) energies.
I am excited and looking forward to sharing the knowledge with others. 💜🙏
