This is a fun and lighthearted Vinyasa flow class, harmonising breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom. Vinyasa improves strength, flexibility and tones the body, the focus is on making a mind-body connection, leaving you feeling relaxed and in a meditative state.

I've started practicing yoga around 6 years, just after my dad was diagnosed with cancer. Yoga helped me to take some time out for myself and later on deal with the grief. I noticed how I changed, my body as well as my mindset and my stress levels. Over the years I have tried many different styles of yoga with different teachers but have a lot of my roots in Ashtanga yoga. Last year I started a 1 year yoga teacher training with a yoga school in London, where I have learned an awful lot about anything yoga related as well as about myself.
I have also just completed the pre- and post-natal yoga training with Appleyoga which included Baby yoga and Baby massage which I'm teaching in a private setting. Why not host your NCT group and split the cost and make a social gathering?
I offer Vinyasa flow classes in a group or private setting. Pre- and Postnatal and Mummy and Baby Yoga classes to be offered later on in the year. I'm looking forward to teaching you and getting to know you.
