A flow based yoga class including warm up and strength building exercises, a vinyasa flow style standing sequence plus breath work and relaxation. All levels welcome - the group is mixed with some complete beginners and others with a bit more experience. I like to give plenty of options and modifications to empower you to tailor the class to your ability, needs and to how you feel at that particular moment in time - and hopefully feel good at the same time!
