Drawing from her own practice & study with inspiring teachers, Belle teaches a flowing, energising as well as relaxing Hatha yoga class, working deeply with the vital breath, weaving classical asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), building strength, focus and guiding towards inner stillness.
These sessions are uitable for complete beginners to those with an established practice, helping beginners and improvers to establish a solid foundation and guiding more experienced students to strengthen and continue to open their practice.

Prompted by ongoing backpain since teenagehood, I took up yoga some 20 years ago. I discovered a positive shift not only on a physical level but also on the mental & emotional plane.
I have studied & practiced across a rage of traditions including Sivananda Vedanta, Iyengar, Scaravelli & Ashtanga Vinyasa. These days it is a softer, flowing Hatha practice which inspires my teaching & journey of self-practice.
My aim is to inspire & aid students to establish a sustainable, safe and enjoyable practice; helping to release stress, build strength, stamina and flexibility alongside deep relaxation, overall well-being & joie de vivre.
