A fun yoga class where both child & parent can do yoga together using sound (animals sound), breathing; postures (centered on stories) .

Sheila started practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2004 having tried many different styles of yoga she found this style resonated deeply with her.
In 2008 Sheila completed her Kundalini yoga teacher training with the international school, Amirt Nam Sarovar . Her diploma is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and is recognized internationally. She is a member of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA) also the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA).
Driven by the need to be inclusive, Sheila completed Radiant Child Teacher Training program levels 1 – 3. She went on to advanced and specialized training with Yo’ism to work with members of our community with autism spectrum disorder ( ASD). Sheila is now a Yoga Therapist for children with Autism.
Sheila has developed seated yoga programs for Elders and has worked with the Alzheimer’s Society.
Teaching has taken Sheila to Portugal, Turkey and Ghana.
