Hatha yoga taught in a relaxed atmosphere to promote an overall sense of well being. Suitable for beginners through to more experienced students, I encourage everyone to work to their own level in a relaxed atmosphere where we can enjoy yoga together.

I teach Hatha based yoga combining flowing posture work and breathing techniques (finishing each class with a relaxation session) to improve well being, flexibility and strength.
