British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher, Birthlight qualified. Insured, first aid trained and CRB checked.

8 years teaching experience. I love the idea that everyone can experience yoga. You don't have to be able to bend you leg behind you head or touch your toes.

Classes are designed to allow you to work to improve your strength and flexibility and to find quiet in your mind, the true goal of yoga.
