Lucy Walford is a fully qualified and insured Yoga instructor. Lucy is the official Yoga coach for Wycombe Wanderers Football Club and has been on Sky Sports teaching Yoga.
As well as this, Lucy has taught internationally in Australia, Bali, Thailand and Singapore and is a regular attending the many Yoga conferences and Festivals around the globe.
Lucy's classes are an hour packed full of postures that will make you feel amazing. Lucy is a very 'hands on' teacher, giving individual guidance where necessary and helping individuals to understand their own postures, thus helping to get the most out of the hour.
Lucy is also qualified to teach meditation and relaxation techniques, which are taught towards the end of the class ensuring you feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you leave.
