Focus given to postures which help develop a healthy lower back and how to alleviate back pain. Excellent for inflammatory conditions such as arthritis or limited mobility.
Yoga is a cultivation of inner peace, acceptance and self love. It is more than the ability to touch your toes or stand on your head.
Enjoy this opportunity to ease into yoga practice in a gentle, safe way. Use of chairs and props if needed, each poses/movement is modified so everyone can experience the deep healing yoga offers in their own unique way.
We will begin each class with gentle breath work and end with a fifteen minute mindful breathing and relaxation.

I am a diploma qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher specialising in lower back care. I have been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching for 5 years. I teach hatha yoga using a safe, staged approach.
