Gentle Yoga for beginners and people who have done Yoga and wish to refresh. Some flowing sequences and long streches, breathing practice and long relaxation.

Debbie has been teaching Yoga for over 6 years following qualifying ( 500 RYT) at the Sivananda Internationals Schools, India and the Bahamas. She is now leading classes and Workshops in the neighbourhoods of Bristol, to Corporate companies for their Health at Work programmes, in Leisure Centres and has taken Yoga to festivals such as WOMAD. Last year she journeyed another 200 hours to qualify as one of the first group of Soma Yoga teachers.
Debbie has established yoga classes which are Hatha based using postures, breathing techniques and relaxation, with a strong emphasis on the alchemy of flow and synchronicity. She leads groups to understand the energetics behind yoga. Participants are encouraged to find the connection to their breath and mind orientation, so that as the body moves, the awareness and focus of the mind becomes centered, quiet and present. She guides individuals in her classes to take a journey to the soul with the practice of mastery of the mind, bringing harmonious change, so they can become more of who they are meant to be.
