Using the chair we will modify traditional yoga poses to work on mobilising and strengthening the joints, followed by breathing and meditation practices.
Seated yoga is a great alternative for those that are less mobile or recovering from illness. Particularly those with arthritis, knee, and hip replacements. Sessions take place in an accessible venue and will be suitable for most bodies.
Please feel free to stay for a hot drink and a chat with us after the session.
