Gentle Yoga - In Person Class

This class is In Person/face to face and runs in a Covid Secure way in a Covid Secure Venue. Due to class size restrictions and social distance measures this class must be pre booked and paid for in advance to secure your place.
This class is suitable for those with less than 2 years experience and/or who need to take things easy. It is also good for seniors and those who may need to use a chair. The class consists of breathing ,flow movements, holding postures, relaxation and meditation.
This class is currently running live on Zoom due to the November Lockdown until further notice.

YOGA, SPIRIT AND STRENGTH

All classes are taught by Samantha Slade who has 20 years experience in practising yoga and 15 years of teaching. Samantha completed her main Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2005 after 2 years training with Saraswati Neville in Surrey ( IYN & Yoga Alliance UK) Samantha then studied a further 18 months with Saraswati learning how to teach Anti & Post Natal Yoga and Children's Yoga.
In 2012 she did some intensive training with Shiva Rea learning Prana Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga which inspired her style of practise and the way she delivers her classes. Then in more recent years she has studied with Yogacampus completing a variety of Yoga Therapy courses & intensives including Yoga for Sport with Jim Harrington, more Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea and Meditation & Self Healing with Dylan Ayaloo.
Samantha's classes are suitable for all ages, genders and abilities and Pregnant Ladies are welcome to all regular classes. There are general classes for Beginners and Intermediates, a Gentle class for Seniors and those less able bodied and a more Dynmaic Yoga for Sports Class for those who are more into fitness. All classes consist of breathing, flowing sequences, holding postures, relaxation & meditation, giving you the chance to Relax, Re-Balance and Re-Energise on all levels.
Covid - 19 ( July 2020): All classes are now running on line, Live on Zoom! There are also some outdoor classes running in Garstang for those unable to access the on line classes. Please see website for full timetable and more information.
