Hi I'm Jenny and have been practising yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2004.
I trained for my diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and have done additional training with Calm for Kids for kids yoga, and with the British School of yoga for teaching yoga in pregnancy.
My classes are general level unless otherwise stated and are suitable for anyone to join as I always advise you work at a level that keeps you lengthening and strengthening but not over working.
Being patient with your body and doing what you can within your own ability is the key to a good yoga practice. I own the studio at Treeton which I love teaching at.
I also teach Pilates and Yogalates classes which can be booked separately.
