When Kasia first began to practice Yoga around 15 years ago she did not imagine that it would become a start of an amazing journey. Her practice of Yoga had a strong influence on the choices she made in life including change of career and becoming a yoga teacher.
Kasia is a Hatha Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. She specialises in gentle yoga for strength and flexibility including flow, stress management and relaxation.
Kasia attends many workshops and training days and continues to explore the world of yoga, which means her personal practice and teachings are continuously evolving.
