Guided Ashtanga Yoga class for those either completely new to the system, returning to practice after a break or with some experience but a preference for following a guided class rather than self-practice.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic workout which purifies, strengthens and relaxes body and mind through a set sequence of physical postures combined with synchronized breath and yoga bandhas or locks.
Courses run for 6 weeks at a time and run continuously so you can join anytime. The cost is Eur 50 per calender month or drop rate Eur 15 per class.

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for nearly as long. I have been a full time Yoga teacher since 2008 and bring an awareness of body mechanics to the class based on my long personal and professional practice of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates and from my experience as an acupuncturist, neuromuscular therapist and orthopaedic sports massage therapist.
