A blend of static poses and fluid transitions, this joyful yoga class ticks all the boxes. With different concepts each week, a typical class starts with a short meditation in relaxation to focus you for your practice. After a feel good warm up, we build energy, connecting breath with movement that increases strength, flexibility and balance. Lots of practical and accessible pointers are given during class, along with modifications, giving you the tools to improve and understand your body and your practice.
