200 hrs RYT, teaching gentle Hatha Flow classes. I teach a heart opening and back strengthening sequence to counteract the daily repetitive postures we hold in modern day life (looking at our phones, computers, sitting for long periods of time). My classes offer a range of movement to help the body move freely and with ease.
I'm an experienced Ashtanga practitioner (over 10 years), most recently practising Mysore ashtanga in London for the last 2 years.
I have a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
