I can offer home sessions or weekly classes to give you freedom from stress, raise self confidence, self esteem and improve overall wellbeing of mind and body. Improve flexibilty, offer weight control and offer a holistic approach for problems of modern life.
I have a SYT membership with Yoga Alliance.
I also do hypnotherapy for a variety of things with cheaper rates for yoga class members.

Hatha /Flow yoga classes done for Profiles fitness. All abilities.
Wigan life centre. Monday’s 6.30pm and Thursday's 6.40pm
Ashton leisure centre.Tuesday's 5.15pm and Sunday's 10.15am.
Howe Bridge leisure centre Monday's 12.15pm. and Friday's 12.15pm
