My yoga journey started about 7 years ago when I had to stop running due to an injury. I fell in love with yoga and I'm "travelling " since then.I certified as a multi-style yoga teacher in India, with Trimurti yoga. I beleive that yoga is for everybody and every body, Coming from a psychology and teaching background, yoga teaching was the next step on my path trying to make a difference.
