This is a super fun class, perfect for beginners or those returning to yoga after a break. Each week is different, but core elements remain the same, so you will have picked things up in no time. You will get a bit hot and parts of your body may start to ache, but as I always say, it's your class, take it at your own pace and do what feels right for you. You'll leaving feeling stretched, relaxed and happy.
