Yoga builds strength, flexibility and focus whilst deepening the mind-body connection. Postures are carefully sequenced to flow with the breath, enabling you to deepen awareness, calm your mind, energise your body and lift your spirits.
Louise began practising yoga in 1995 and is certified to teach with the British Wheel of Yoga. Classes are designed to be fun and engaging, aiming to help cultivate a sense of well being and energy.

I specialise in women’s health and wellbeing, particularly during the transitional times of pregnancy, the postnatal period & menopause. I’ve been practising yoga for 30 years, teaching for over 10 years, and I also work as a birth doula. My offerings include group classes, one to one teaching and mentoring, and leading transformational workshops and retreats.
My passion is supporting women in connecting to their own unique spirit and gifts, so that they can authentically embrace and love themselves for who they are. Sometimes we are so busy looking after others that we lose sight of our own needs, becoming confused, tired or overwhelmed. I use embodied techniques, yoga, mindfulness meditation and thoughtful self development enquiry to help you return to a place of ease, joy and clarity.
