After studying as a professional dancer & working abroad for many years I feel in love with yoga. I completed my teacher trying with The Life Centre (now Yoga Campus) then taught in Brighton & Hove before moving to Epsom. I've studied with Shiva Rea, Mutunda Stiles, Judith Hanson Lassater, Uma Dinsmore Tulli, Aadil Palkhivala, DoctorYogi & Norman Blair. I teach Hatha Flow, Restorative Yoga & Yin Yoga. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
