In this class you will practice a mixture of styles and learn a wide range of yoga asanas and practices. From the deeply relaxing restoratives to strong and challenging flowing sequences and core work. This class is for mixed abilities but you will know that you have had a good work out and will feel relaxed and great too.

I teach yoga therapy classes in Clonakilty and Skibbereen, west cork.
My classes are for beginners and more advanced students.
My teaching style is a flowing, breath focused practice which mixes held strengthing postures, yin positions, restorative practices with flowing and invigorting asana sequences.
I also teach pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes.
I run weekend workshops and retreats and I give individual yoga therapy sessions for those with a specific issues that need individual care.
