Hatha practice is about building strength, balance and flexibility in both body and mind through holding postures in stillness focusing on the breath. It calms the nervous system and improves posture and mobility. There will also be elements of Vinyasa flow throughout the class. Vinyasa is more dynamic and movement-based.

Fully Certified Yoga Teacher running affordable & inclusive group classes in High Barnet. Available for private & corporate hire. My aim is to create a fun & safe space to practice for anyone who's interested in building strength, flexibility & balance in body & mind in a mindful way.
