Sally has been doing Yoga since childhood, teaching for 15 years and teaching Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy Yoga for 6 years.
Sally is a very experienced Yoga teacher and is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Holder, Pathway to Yoga Teacher, Yoga Wise Registered Teacher as well as a YMCA fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.
