Have you ever wanted to start or find out more about yoga, but not sure where to begin? This 6 week course will cover the origins and traditions of yoga, with gentle movement, pranayama, and relaxation.
6 week beginners course.
Each week will include gentle asana, a pranayama practice (breathwork) and relaxation based around one of the philosophical ideas of yoga.
No experience necessary, please bring your own yoga mat, block and strap.
Small group class - only 6 spaces available.

I am Louisa Angus and have been practising yoga for over twenty years and teaching since 2014. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, qualifying in 2016, and hold a 500 hour level 4 diploma in Teaching yoga which includes all the elements of hatha yoga: asana, pranayama, relaxation, philosophy and meditation.
I am incredibly passionate about the benefits of a regular yoga practice and would love to share this with you. As my yoga journey took me deeper into the energy of the body and mind I became interested in reiki as a healing energy treatment and hold a level two practitioner certificate in Usui reiki. I have also recently qualified in Sound Healing as this is another way of using the vibrational energy of the universe to heal and re-energise the body and mind.
