This class focuses on extending your Yoga practice with more challenging poses and Pranayama exercises. Students should have a regular practice already.

I have been practicing Yoga for 28 years now and teaching since 1993. I have received extensive training in Iyengar, Ashtanga and Tibetan Yantra Yoga. I am registered with Yoga Alliance (USA) as an ERYT500 Teacher. My classes are very accessible, with Yoga tailored to the individual capacity at any level.
