Hi Everyone!
This class is be a fun and friendly way to get back into Yoga or try it for the first time!
Gentle, energising flows working with our breath help to build strength and mobility at your own pace and ensure a good stretch! Work with your body to decide which versions of the poses you'd like to try each week and any optional challenges or rests!
Short guided meditations are a lovely way to build mindfulness, calm the nervous system and ensure you leave feeling nurtured and refreshed!

Hollie has been practicing yoga since 2010, finding the practice invaluable in deepening her connection to self and providing grounding during a time of change and uncertainty in her life.
Hollie undertook teacher training in Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga yoga with Arohan Yoga school based in Rishikesh and believes that choosing a practice to compliment your needs is key to finding balance with your emotional, physical and spiritual health.
