Hola, my name is Josefa (Jose), born in Spain. I believe in living a life free of judgment, filled with joy and gratitude. My teaching style is a fusion of various yoga traditions, with focus on Hatha, Yin, gentle Vinyasa, and Chair Yoga.
TEACHING APPROACH
I am passionate about helping people to believe in themselves, providing equitable, inclusive, and accessible yoga for all abilities, sizes, ages, and experience levels, and embracing learning differences. The classes are focused on acceptance, compassion, and empowerment.
