In my 20s, I started practising and incorporating yoga and meditation into my routine. As life's demands grew, my dedication to these practices intensified. After a long career in retail and photography, I decided on a career shift and, in my late 40’s I enrolled in a yoga teacher training course. I haven't looked back since! I now embrace a balanced lifestyle, focusing on holistic well-being through yoga, meditation, mindful living, and personal growth.
Since 2019, I've been sharing yoga both in the community and one-on-one, finding immense joy in witnessing others' physical and mental growth. This led me to pursue further studies, and after more than two years of focused learning, I am now able to offer yoga therapy. I draw on my extensive training in Yoga Therapy with The Minded Institute, Chair Yoga, and meditation to empower clients individually and in groups. Specialising in Yoga Therapy within care homes and also working with clients with addiction in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centres. I offer tailored sessions that promote self-care and a positive mindset, using practices that have inspired me to empower others in their journey to a better health and well-being.
