This Hatha class has been going in Basingstoke for 40 years (not by me!). The Sukha Yoga club was started to move out of the gym environment and has been thriving since.
This 90 minutes class consists of limbering, posture work, Breathing practises and relaxation/meditation.
A very mixed group of all ages and abilities. Many have been going to the class for over 10 years. Very Welcoming and focused upon yoga
Having recently relocated we have spaces available, beginners welcome.

I have been practising yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2000. I have practised Ashtanga, Hatha and Dru yoga. My style is Scaravelli inspired Hatha, encouraging softness and awareness rather than hard shapes. Using the breath and movement to develop postures. Relaxation is essential to stop the world for a few minutes while we get off!
