Friday evening class designed to release the tension of the week! always with an intention in mind, we start the class with grounding and centering, followed by an energetic asana practice (tailored for all levels except advanced), closing with a nice meditation or relaxation. the theme/intention of the class will help you to focus your practice in an element which will nurture or empower your inner strength.
