Includes releasing stretches, comprehensive programme of Asanas, breathing exercises, guided relaxation-Nidra. Sometimes a spiritual/philosophical reading, Om Chanting with Indian Shrutti box. All with Candles, Incense & Yogic music for a profoundly meaningful & beneficial experience. Come along & feel this for yourself. This is a unique class with students from many years.

Janette started Yoga aged 15 & it has been an integral part of her life ever since. She was a student at Bihar School of Yoga for 28 years, Studied in Turkey, Finland, Italy & UK. She is BSY registered & insured. Her many classes are popular, fun, yet taken seriously as she comes with integrity of yoga being her life, not just a job. She takes extra care & time to discuss why we do the Asana & their benefits on the body & mind, is always encouraging, sensitive & with a good sense of humor.
