I was very lucky, my Mum introduced me to yoga when I was a teenager as a way of dealing with stressful A- Levels. Since then, Yoga has been a part of my life. I want to share the benefits of this ancient practice with you. Whether you are wanting to find a way to relax, strengthen your body, increase flexibility or simply have an hour in the week that’s just for you.
