With having many years experience with my own yoga practice and working in mental health for over ten years, I soon learnt the importance of balance in mind and body. It became a large passion of mine that continued to grow and finally resulted in me compleating my 200hr yoga qualification in Hatha yoga. I am now running classes in and around the newark area for anyone and any abilities xx
