New Hatha yoga class starting at Mayhem Theatre Arts main dance studio, Hoddeson, every Monday afternoon from 1st October 2018 at 1:30pm - 2:30pm. We will work to bring some energy to your afternoon and still leave you feeling calm and focused. This could be an ideal opportunity to regain some composure before the school run.
The class is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, also including beginners.
All equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring your own mats, blocks, belts and blankets etc.

There’s limited parking at Mayhem Theatre Arts but there is a Sainsbury’s car park just over the road with 2hrs free parking. There are also numerous pay-and-display’s around town only a few minutes walk away.
