Hatha yoga class at Mayhem Theatre Arts, Hoddesdon every Monday evening at 7:15pm - 8:15pm.
The class will consist of movement through yoga poses with a nice mixture of holding these statically and flowing. We will explore various breathing techniques used in yoga and mindfulness and relaxation, to help reduce stress and promote calmness.
The class is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, also including beginners.
All equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring your own mats, blocks, belts and blankets etc.
Price £8.50.
