Rachel’s yoga classes are inclusive for all, from beginners to advanced yogis, with different options offered for each pose. We believe that yoga can help everyone feel stronger, healthier and happier.
Classes typically start with slow floor-based postures to warm the body, then a more dynamic section, before coming into savasana – the ultimate relaxation.
Yoga can improve flexibility, muscle strength and tone, balance, respiration and energy. Alongside physical benefits, it is known to quiet the mind, relieving anxiety and stress and aiding relaxation.
