A lovely Hatha class for beginners, suitable for those who are new to fitness. We focus upon balancing the body, alignment, breath work, building core strength, improving balance and flexibility. I try to teach both popular and unusual poses, to expand the knowledge of participants.
You are welcome to try the first class for free! It's a lovely, friendly group, and we try to have fun whilst learning.

In fact, Yoga has helped me recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which debilitated me for nearly five years.
Hello,
My name is Sian, and I teach both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga within Northamptonshire and Cherwell. I run a number of classes, and also provide 1-2-1 tuition. For private clients I can tailor lessons to meet your individual needs - for example, if you are new to fitness we can commence with a gentle practice, or if you wish build your core strength or increase your flexibility then I can devise bespoke practices for you.
I visit my clients at their own homes, or work places, and my lessons typically last for one hour. I try to make my lessons interesting and creative, incorporating popular and unusual poses. I feel it is important to build a strong rapport with my clients, and treat everyone I meet with the up-most dignity and respect. Whilst always professional, I try to make my lessons fun.
I hold a Diploma in Teaching Yoga, and am registered with REP's.
I have a passion for Yoga that I enjoy passing on to others, to help them discover the many benefits and the joy of Yoga for themselves.
