I'm Fliss, a British Wheel of Yoga diploma qualified teacher.
I teach Hatha Yoga in Lincoln and North Hykeham.
Classes last around 70 minutes (because I can never stick to an hour 🤭) and consist of 5 mins settling in breath practice, around 45-55 mins posture and movement, followed by 10 mins guided relaxation to finish off.
Sometimes flowing movements from one posture to another, sometimes longer holds, always with focus on the breath as your guide, with some philosophy and or anatomy / physiology focus too.
I encourage non judgement, non attachment, acceptance, looking after your body - only you know how it feels for you.
I don't take myself too seriously, and we will undoubtedly giggle in every class among friends .
